Setting up a Trading Group

A Trading Group is a collection of Trading Accounts. It is capable of capturing one entry signal, then apply the order to all trading accounts under this trading group, which makes managing multiple trading accounts easier.
Similar to Trading Account, a Trading Group is assigned with a webhook URL that can be added to TradingView alerts.
